Building a Brand
To build a brand is to make a long term commitment to creating a presence in a market for a product or service that people identify and trust. This process involves creating a brand identity through colours, logos and designs, deciding upon market positioning and advertising and developing a website and advertising campaign for your product or service.
Sales Channel Development
This is the process of identifying, appointing and managing representatives to distribute market and sell your products in a geographical area. To develop a sales channel you must clearly identify the target customers and markets for your products and then source and evaluate distributors.
This process involves developing your product concept further to suit the design brief, your target marke and engineering and design principles. This will lead to a prototype of your product.
